At 7:00pm, settle into our tranquil sound bath session led by an experienced practitioner. The journey opens with gentle grounding meditation and guided journaling before moving into the harmonic resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. These soothing frequencies encourage deep relaxation, emotional release, and a profound sense of well-being.

Guests are invited to come as they are – robes and cozy amenities will be provided to enhance comfort and relaxation throughout the evening.
